Daily we make different decisions. Some have major impacts on your life, and others are minor. Although if we start thinking and making these decisions using the concept of probability, we will ultimately make better decisions. Which will lead to a healthier and better life.
Here is my list of ways to develop habits. Developing healthy habits is one of the keys to achieving success. Most of the top performers that I have researched develop healthy habits that led to their success. Over a period, you can develop your habits that will lead to your success.
Education is something most people stop after finishing their formal educational. We stop reading books. We stop learning new skills and ideas. We get into the same habits of going to work and paying bills. We come home play with the kids, watch TV, and sleep. We wake up the next day and do it all over again.
Many people have a different definition for success. Success can vary from person to person and depend on your goals or life situation. For some success is driven by money and power. I recently read, The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma. It’s a fictional book about a billionaire that takes on two students and teaches him the ways of “The 5 AM Club.” The premise of this book is own your morning, own your life. I really enjoyed this book, and I learned a lot from it. The way Sharma presents information keeps you engaged and encourages you to keep reading so you can learn the lessons the billionaire is teaching his students.
